I am not a lipstick person. I don’t like the way it feels, and beyond that, I don’t look particularly good wearing it. I’ve always been more of an eye makeup person, so the trick is to find something to wear on my lips that doesn’t look or feel awkward.
Enter Burt’s Bees lip balm. This stuff is RAD. If you don’t have some already, GET SOME. I’m serious, I love my Burt’s Bees balm that much. It doesn’t contain any petroleum, and it smells like minty love.
This balm is colorless, so sometimes if I want a little color and shimmer I go for the Lip Shimmers in Nutmeg. The colors are really light and subtle, and it feels just as carefree on my lips as the regular balm does. They just expanded their color range, so you’re sure to find one that works for you.
