Lately I’ve been going to the gym several times a week, and as a result I get a little hungry in the afternoons. Sometimes I have a moderate lunch and a light snack, and some days I have a light lunch and a substantial snack – kind of like two smaller lunches.
Yesteday my lunch pattern was of the latter variety, and I had a salad for lunch, followed by an afternoon lunch-snack that consisted of organic grape tomatoes, a few slices of raw cheddar cheese, and some Late July crackers. It was salty, it was cheesy, and it was everything I’d hoped for.
I’ve written about Late July a few times before in my Food & Beverage Review section, so my love for the company and its products are well documented. It’s just that I found today’s snack so perfectly fulfilling, and I couldn’t help myself from writing about Late July crackers again. And I reserve the right to write about them again in the future. Like, say, maybe I’ll spread them with a herring or smoked salmon dip, or make PB&J cracker snacks. Who knows, I’M JUST CRAZY LIKE THAT.

Your snack sounds PERFECT. Organic grape or cherry tomatoes are two of my favorite snacks - I love them on salads, too. I need to try those Late July crackers!
