How-To Be Sustainable in Many Different Ways

I get a lot of emails asking me, How do I do this? How should I do that? I love answering these emails, because there’s no real “How-To” manual for sustainability. Take composting, for example. Everyone knows that composting is good for the environment and the soil, but how do you do it? What kind of kitchen scraps can you save, and what should you store them in? Can you compost egg shells? Dog poop? Cooking oil?

So I set out to answer how-to questions about composting, and much more. Below you’ll find a list of these posts, with the most recent at the top. Of course, if you’re looking for information on one particular topic, it’s probably faster to use the Search box in the sidebar. Have fun!
